BCAAs is a food supplement of branched chain amino acids with vitamin B1 and B6. BCAAs is designed to supplement the diet of athletes. The components of BCAAs contributes to the following physiological functions: energy metabolism (vit B1); reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vit B6).

INGREDIENTS: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine; Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Thiamin hydrochloride (Vitamin B1).

DIRECTIONS: swallow 5 tablets daily with water or other liquid of your choice 30-40 minutes before workouts or competitions. On days when you do not practice sports, the product may be taken at any time of day.
