RAM 1000 is a food supplement of branched chain amino acids with vitamin B1 and B6. RAM 1000 is designed to supplement the diet of athletes.The components of RAM 1000 contributes to the following physiological functions: energy metabolism (vit B1); reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vit B6).

DIRECTIONS: swallow 5 tablets daily with water or other liquid of your choice 30-40 minutes before workouts or competitions. On days when you do not practice sports, the product may be taken at any time of day.

INGREDIENTS: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine; Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Thiamin hydrochloride (Vitamin B1).

WARNINGS: do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
